Terra Concrete Products Factory Can provide wide range of wheel stoppers with standard and custom fit sizes by incorporating client requirements including color specification.
Kerbstones are high density products. Concrete blocks specifically used to line the edge of footpaths/pavements, providing a physical separation from the road. Kerbstones also provide structural support to the pavement. It also finds application in landscaping to define areas for gardening.
GRC/GRG Division undertakes all types of Glassfibre Reinforced Cement and Glassfibre Reinforced Gypsum works. With absolute regard to client’s design theories and specifications, the division performs all the necessary scopes for the timely completion of the job, from shop drawings to final commissioning at project sites. Glassfibre Reinforced Cement (GRC) is a composite material consisting of a mortar of hydraulic cement and fine aggregate reinforced with alkalai resistant glassfibre. The GRC may contain additional filter materials, pozzolaic materials and admixtures. The fibre contents are typically 3% to 5% by weight depending on product application and production method employed. The properties of GRC depend on a wide range of variables. These include method of manufacture, mix formulation, fibre product type, length and orientation, admixtures used etc. A GRC material may therefore be tailored to meet the particular requirements of a specific application. GRC materials have an aggregate‐cement ratio of up to 1:1, incorporating glass fibre and made by spray and premix processes. These materials have been widely used for many years and their properties and characteristics have been studied extensively. GRC is a family of composite materials that combine the high compressive strength properties of cement mortars with significantly increased impact, flexural and tensile strengths imparted by the fibre reinforcement. GRC products are safe, have good chemical resistance and will not rot or corrode. GRC is made of organic materials and will not burn, has negligible smoke emission and offers good fire resistance. GRC is normally of relatively thin cross sections, giving a low component weight which allows savings in handling, storage, transportation, and installation compared with traditional concrete products.
Concrete spacers are little concrete parts which are used to position the rebar on the right place with the right cover. These spacers bars and blocks are important for the optimum adhesion of the poured concrete. We developed coverage spacers in various types, forms, measures and materials. Each concrete spacer bars and blocks has its own unique quality and meets all the set quality standards. Where concrete is installed, our products make a fundamental contribution to stability, statics, and durability in an invisible way. Our spacers contribute essentially to the satisfaction of the Eurocode 2 regarding concrete cover. The key benefits of concrete spacer are as per below: • High compressive strength, no deformation in heat or cold, concrete cover accurately maintained. • Spacers remain in position during formwork erection and concreting. • Ideal for impermeable concrete, no hairline cracks between the spacer and the concrete.
Breeze Blocks are decorative concrete masonry units that are used outdoors and indoors to divide spaces, provide privacy and add sun protection, while maintaining airflow. Sometimes called Screen Blocks, Ventilation Blocks they have been produced in hundreds of designs. Breeze Blocks are ideal for both residential and commercial projects. Unlike most masonry blocks, Breeze Blocks are non-structural, and must be externally reinforced.
UHPC is a family of concretes offering a combination of material and performance characteristics that create products with: – Ductility, which is the ability to support tensile loads even after initial cracking – Ultra high compressive strength (up to 200 MPa/29,000 psi) – Extreme durability; low water to cementitious material (w/cm) ratio – Self-consolidating and highly moldable mixtures – High-quality surfaces – Flexural/tensile strength (up to 40 MPa/5,800 psi) through fiber reinforcement – Thinner sections; longer spans; lighter weight – New graceful product geometries – Chloride impermeability – Abrasion and fire resistance – No steel reinforcing bar cages – Minimal creep and shrinkage after curing UHPC is one of the latest advances in concrete technology and it addresses the shortcomings of many concretes today: It provides high strength to weight ratio, high tensile strength, high ductility, and volume stability. It has a compressive strength 2 to 3 times greater than conventional concrete and a flexural strength 2 to 6 times greater. These mechanical properties of UHPC make it ideal for prestressing applications. In addition to achieving high compressive strengths in excess of 25,000 psi (sometimes greater than 30,000 psi), UHPC is also nearly impermeable. The higher strengths afforded to UHPC allows increased girder spans while maintaining similar or smaller cross-sectional areas. Costs may be reduced as the lower span to depth ratio of UHPC bridges require less embankment fill while providing more aesthetically pleasing profiles. Increased span lengths mean fewer support structures such as piers which lead to improved safety when traveling under overpasses and lower environmental impact in water crossings. Additionally, beam spacing can be increased allowing for faster construction times, lower transportation costs, and increased material efficiency. Differences in color, structure, texture and surface dappling are typical and enhance the natural character of the decking. • No structural substructure needed, can be laid on gravel or hardcore sub-base. • More durable and resistant than solid wood to weathering or decay. • Low thermal expansion, even at high temperatures • Non-slip (slip resistance class R11) • Not susceptible to water damp or becoming slimy under dew conditions. • Natural wood grain and color shading effects
